Dr. Richard is widely considered the leading expert on the psychology of the legal profession, including the psychological dynamics of law departments.

On Tuesday, September 8th, he will be conducting a unique 3-hour workshop in which he’ll explain how an understanding of your own key personality traits can give you an edge in:

This is a hands-on workshop: prior to attending, all participants will be invited to complete the Caliper Profile, a widely used and highly scientific personality assessment tool that’s been used in the corporate world for over 60 years.

During the workshop, you’ll receive a confidential scoresheet showing your scores on all 21 personality traits measured by the Caliper. He’ll also be showing proprietary benchmark information so you can see how you compare with others.

Dr. Richard has used this assessment to test thousands of professionals in law departments, law firms, etc., including legal ops professionals, lawyers, and many leaders.
